Thanks to our craftsmanship and modern machine park, we can provide our customers with extreme precision in size (up to one micron) and surface finish. To enable a quality assurance in accordance with ISO 9001;2015 (transposed in ISO 9001-2000) we have a fully-conditioned production company.
In addition to manufacturing fine mechanical components, Schut PrecisionParts has a conditioned assembly room where these components can be assembled into modules.
The quality process is ensured by a conditioned measuring room which is equipped with a 3D CNC measuring machine, where measurements can be accurately controlled up to a micron. All this enables us to guarantee the quality you can expect from us.
